Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client") and DeepProof Technologies GmbH ("DeepProof"). By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Service Description
DeepProof provides AI-generated content detection and verification services through proprietary algorithms and technology. Our services include image analysis, video verification, API access, and compliance reporting. Service specifications and capabilities are defined in individual service agreements.
3. Account Registration and Use
Clients must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Accounts are non-transferable and intended for business use only.
4. Acceptable Use
Clients agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access source code
- Interfere with or disrupt service infrastructure
- Share access credentials with unauthorized parties
- Exceed allocated usage limits or attempt to circumvent billing
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the DeepProof service, including software, algorithms, documentation, and branding, remain the exclusive property of DeepProof. Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service according to their subscription plan.
6. Payment Terms
Services are billed monthly or annually according to the selected plan. Payments are due within 30 days of invoice date. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Prices are subject to change with 60 days' notice.
7. Service Level Agreement
DeepProof commits to uptime guarantees as specified in individual service plans. Scheduled maintenance will be announced with reasonable notice. In case of service outages beyond SLA commitments, clients may be eligible for service credits as detailed in their contract.
8. Limitation of Liability
DeepProof provides detection services as a tool to assist in content verification. While we maintain high accuracy standards, no automated system is perfect. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and actions based on service results. DeepProof's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the 12 months preceding any claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. DeepProof may immediately terminate access for breach of these terms. Upon termination, all access rights cease, and outstanding fees become immediately due.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Austrian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vienna, Austria. For clients outside Austria, local consumer protection laws may also apply.
